The market is finally moving again, with new hope and optimism for a recovery this year! Many prices have come down considerably, and mortgages have great rates. Waterfront Condos are particularly good buys right now, on the Ocean, Intercoastal, and River. Expect to put 20% down on these if you're getting a conventional mortgage thanks to the turbulence in the financial industry. It's also a great time to move-up into a premium neighborhood, if you don't have to sell or you have equity in your home, and new home developers are offering killer deals. Finally, First-time homebuyers are the most coveted in the industry, and may receive up to a $8,000 tax credit by purchasing a home by July 1, 2010. And, current homeowners may be eligible for a $6,500 tax credit. Call me if I can help you find one of these hot deals.
